One can book airfare tickets here or redeem Mabuhay Miles points; Located a few steps from Robinson's Faura wing; a quiet place with more than enough seats for transacting clients but never gets crowded; with atm at the lobby

Customer care don’t reply to my request for many days. Airport office transferred me to solve my question via email. So airline is just getting rid of any customer inquiries by requiring walking through a maze of unaccountable departments.

The place is organize and clean. You take a ticket from the staff by the door before you enter. Then wait for your number to be called at the booths. Their staff is accomodating and they can help you with most of your ticketing concerns. On busy days, on weekend and when they have a Seat Sale Promo, this place could be packed. Unfortunately, there is no rest room inside.

I had to rebook my flight with PAL because of a problem with POEA. PAL staff at NAIA1 was very helpful in what I should do first, 2nd, 3rd, etc; gave me list of PAL branches near POEA Ortigas. The handsome guy at PAL office Ortigas was extremely patient with me, helping me rebook my flight after I rebooked my quarantine facility; gave me an extra copy of my OEC, and informed me of Antigen testing at PAL Learning Center until 8pm! He was such an angel! The nurses / swabbers helped me register and swabbing was smooth. Got my PCR test in 30 minutes. They apologized for the error on my birthday so gave me 2 fresh and revised copies! It was a tiring day but there were angels that helped me through with my dilemma! God bless them!

Very bad airline, flights delays 1 day or couple hours never on time. They lost my luggage and I had to wait 3 days for it to arrive. It’s the worst airline ever. Never book a flight pay more and enjoy your trip with other airlines. This is not cheap and obsoletely the worse. Stay away don’t regret I’m warning you.

Service is good. Staff is very accommodating. As of now they're required PAL QR code before entering the building. For swab test the result were very fast 8-24hrs. Send via email. Good job! Keep safe everyone.

Went here to get the mandatory RT-PCR test required for international travel. At the time, restriction curbs were downgraded to Alert Level 2. So, you can just imagine the traffic around the area. But, it was a relatively quick visit. Not too many people were getting tests done. Drive thru, so there was no need to step out of the car.

Convenient, concise & fast per client. Although the seats are limited but its ok since they're quick. Parking space is in the old PAL building. The new PAL office is in its left building.
